                    On, April 17, 2024, a very colorful art festival was held in my village. This was organized by Weerapokuna Sarana Samiti. The support of various people was received to make this festival beautiful. It was possible to see about 25 different performances. There were 5 songs, 2 dramas, and 18 dances.                      Here the responsibility assigned to me was to create and train choregraphy. While I happily accepted that responsibility, I devoted my self to this for about three months. Dances were created here from pre school age children to adults. At same time I also appeared in seven dances. There are a few ingredients that are needed to make watalappan which are very easy to find. 200 grams of sugar, 3 black beans, 4 eggs and 2 cups of condensed coconut milk are required for this.
